I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is located very close to Central Park and a variety of dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good space to relax after a long day. However, I found the constant sales pitches from the time share representative a bit off-putting, especially while I was trying to enjoy my vacation. While the hotel has its positives, I would likely choose somewhere else next time for a more pleasant experience without the sales pressure.

I had a mixed experience at the West 57th Hilton Club. The location is phenomenal, making it convenient to explore Central Park and Times Square, and the staff were always welcoming. However, the room design left much to be desired, and the noise issues were quite disruptive at times. While the essentials were covered, I wish there were more amenities and a better dining experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel with an incredible view and a clean, modern room. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from Central Park and major attractions, making it super convenient for exploring the city. My stay at Hilton West 57th had its ups and downs. The location is excellent, being close to Central Park and Broadway, and cleanliness was top-notch. However, I felt the staff could have been more engaging, and the penthouse unit didn’t live up to its pricey expectations due to poor accessibility and limited amenities on the terrace.
